Greg is a highly experienced psychologist with over a decade of clinical practice. He has held senior roles across diverse fields including counselling, organisational psychology, executive coaching, school and forensic psychology, and occupational rehabilitation.

Greg’s therapeutic style is personal, grounded, and focused on building strong, genuine rapport. He believes in creating a warm, respectful space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, shift perspectives, and engage in meaningful self-discovery. Greg is known for bringing creative, systems-level thinking to his work. He places a strong emphasis on empowering his clients to become independent experts in their own personal development.

With extensive experience across the lifespan, Greg has supported adolescents in school environments as well as adults of all ages in clinical and coaching contexts. He specialises in helping clients navigate complex emotional, behavioural, and interpersonal difficulties with care and clarity.

Greg draws on a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT-E Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology. His work is both attachment-informed and trauma-informed, and he tailors his interventions to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
