About
Dr Paul is a highly experienced and compassionate General Practitioner with a medical career spanning over 30 years across the UK and Australia. He graduated in Medicine in the UK in 1992 and spent more than 20 years working in psychiatry, specialising in Learning Disabilities Psychiatry in the UK .
Following his career in psychiatry, Dr Paul retrained in hospital medicine, surgery, and emergency medicine, before undertaking General Practice training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He achieved Fellowship (FRACGP) and is an Accredited GP Supervisor, actively involved in mentoring and supporting the next generation of general practitioners.
Dr Paul offers a holistic and integrative approach to care, combining medical expertise with a genuine commitment to patient wellbeing.
As a father of three children, including one with significant neurodivergence, Dr Paul brings not only medical expertise but also lived experience and deep empathy to his work with individuals and families. He is known for his respectful, thorough, and collaborative approach to care.
Outside of medicine, Dr Paul enjoys exercise, making music in his home studio, and spending time with his family and close friends. His practice is grounded in compassion, connection, and a long-term commitment to his patients’ health and wellbeing.
