About
Ayush is an experienced psychologist with a warm, practical and collaborative approach and with special interest in both ADHD and trauma. Ayush combines psychological expertise and extensive corporate experience to support clients navigating the intersection of performance, wellbeing, career and relationships, with a decade of experience in various mental health settings.
Before becoming a psychologist, Ayush spent more than a decade in financial services where he was a CFA Charter holder and worked in investment management and global equities across large multinationals and local boutique firms. This corporate background gives him a first-hand understanding of high-pressure professional environments, demanding careers, leadership responsibilities, performance expectations, and the often-unseen pressures experienced by senior executives and high-achieving professionals. Ayush puts this experience to use when working with clients across corporate and C-suite environments, bringing direct insight into the realities of these roles and the demands they can place on wellbeing, relationships, and identity.
In his clinical work, Ayush draws on a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies, tailoring them to each client’s individual needs. Along with supporting adults and adolescents navigating ADHD, including accompanying challenges with executive functioning, stress and burnout, he also works with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, workplace stress, eating disorders, relationship difficulties and life-stage transitions. Ayush is also trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, reflecting his interest in the connection between psychological and physiological wellbeing and the benefits these links can bring to emotional regulation and processing.
Ayush’s combination of psychological expertise and extensive corporate experience allow him to connect with clients who are navigating the intersection of career, relationship, performance and mental health challenges.
